Missing packages

I ordered this suit set along with two other kurtis 3 months back from USA. They responded with one tracking id. So i asked my parents to check for one parcel and got it delivered. But when i came back and checked now it is just one suit set and othet two tops were not delivered. When i asked they responded saying they sent as two parcel. Now im not sure where the other parcel is. It’s their responsibility to let me know that they sent as two packages. I blindly trusted them. Never buy from Anvi again. Loss of money. Beware people
